You’ve got the tiles. Now what?
Magnetic tiles are brilliant — open-ended, endless. But ten minutes in, the question always comes: “What can we make?” The box has no instructions, the ideas run dry, and half the tiles never leave the bin.
Tylo picks up right there. It knows what a pile of tiles can become — and turns “I don’t know what to build” into “let’s build that.”
From bin to build in three steps
Set it up once. After that, every play session starts with “what should we build today?”
Step 1. Tell Tylo your tiles
Tap in what’s in your box — how many squares, triangles, and the rest. Just once. Tylo remembers.
Step 2. See what you can build right now
Tylo checks every model against your exact set and shows only the ones you can finish — no missing-piece surprises, no shopping list.

Pick one and Tylo coaches the build in 3D — one clear step at a time, at your child’s pace, with the next tile always highlighted.

Why parents love it
Open-ended play, minus the “I’m bored” — and screen time you can feel good about.
Screen time that builds something real
Tylo points at the tiles, not just the screen. Kids look up from the phone with an actual thing in their hands — a house, a rocket, a whole little world they made. The app is the guide; the building is real.
Nothing goes to waste
Tylo finds builds for the tiles you already own — even the odd shapes that usually sit in the bin.
They lead, you relax
Clear 3D steps at their own pace mean kids build on their own. You get to watch (or finish your coffee).
Grows with them
Gentle first builds for a three-year-old; ambitious ones for a ten-year-old. Same app, years of play.
Plays in their language
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Hebrew — right-to-left included — and it works offline.
Playful to use. Seriously well made.
Every model is hand-checked so the steps actually work with real tiles — no dead ends, no “that piece doesn’t fit.” Warm, calm, and honest by design: big buttons, no ads, no nudges to spend. Just you, your kid, and the next build.

Questions, answered
What exactly is Tylo?
An app for magnetic building tiles. You tell it which tiles you own, it shows every model you can build right now, and it guides the build step by step in 3D — made for kids about 3 to 10 and the grown-ups building with them.
Which tiles does it work with?
We’re starting with one popular magnetic-tile brand during alpha and adding more over time. You count your tiles by shape (squares, triangles, and so on), so it works with whatever’s in your box.
Does my child need to read?
No. The build flow is visual — 3D steps with the next tile highlighted and short, simple prompts. It’s designed for new readers and works across languages, English and Hebrew included.
Is it free?
Alpha access is free. Later there’ll be a generous free version plus an optional Pro with more builds — and backing up your collection will always be free, never behind a paywall.
Is my kid’s data safe?
Yes. Play stays private and on the device; the only account is a parent’s, tucked behind a grown-up gate. No ads, no selling data, no dark patterns.
What do I need to join?
An iPhone or iPad to start, and an email so we can send your invite. Once you’re set up, Tylo works offline — perfect for the kitchen table or the car.
Be first to build with Tylo.
Leave your name and email and we’ll wave you into the alpha as soon as a spot opens. One email, no spam, no download to wait for.
